The
Purpose of Erin's Gift of Hope Ministries
Life-changing
experiences. That's what our purpose is, for both those who sacrifice their
time, money and energy to go and serve others and also for those who are being
served. We are a Christian organization but do not require anyone who participates
to be a Christian. We believe we are all works in progress.
We are black, white & tan, Methodists, Catholics, Baptists, etc.; skeptics,
believers and those who are in between. We have one goal - to do the work
that God has called all of us to do. Jesus said that whatever we do for the
least person on this earth, we are really doing it for Him. He said above
all else we need to love one another. Love is an action.
The name of our organization, Erin's Gift of Hope, came out of our great loss.
Erin McFaull was a beautiful, funny, full-of-life 15-year-old girl whose earthly
life was cut short on September 24, 2005 as the result of a car accident.
In her memory, we continue to do the work of missions that she was involved
in and, as a result, many of her friends and teenagers from the surrounding
communities have joined us in reaching out to those in need.
We invite you to become a partner with us in whatever way you can. Join us
on a missions trip, make a contribution so someone else can go and serve,
and most of all, pray for us. Thank you so much for whatever it is you feel
led to do. God bless you.
